How to configure your Android device

TIP: This tutorial is made on stock Android Nexus lollipop device some settings may vary on different Android smartphones.
Please check your original smartphone user manual for setting up VPN connection or search through our knowledgebase.

  • 1 Open system settings

    Open menu and go to system Settings and click More

  • 2 Open VPN

    Click on the menu point VPN in your settings.

  • 3 Add new VPN

    On the top click on + sign to start configure your VPN

  • 4 Choose protocol

    In Type choose 'L2TP/IPSec' and for advanced settings tick the Show Advanced options

  • 5 Enter Server Configuration

    In Name enter 'TopVPN (IPSec)'
    For Server address choose one of our Network
    In IPSec pre-shared key add the secret key "mytopvpn" ( whitout quotes )
    In DNS Servers enter 8.8.8.8 and click Save

    Enter you username and password you have from TopVPN.
  • 6 Select your VPN

    Now you will see the configuration you create. Click on it.

    When you finish all steps you device should be connected now on TopVPN.
  • 7 Enter login information

    Enter you username and password you have from TopVPN.
